General Returns
- Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hrs of the order
- Must report any damages within 48 hrs of delivery
- Must return item within 14 days with Valid Proof of Purchase
- Must return item in the original packaging, in good condition, unused and unwashed
- Shipping and Handling fees to customer are non refundable unless the item is damaged or defective
- No refund on shipping, if during a shipping promotion, a 10% shipping charge will be applied
- If a freight item, will be refund less shipping + handling, plus a 25% restocking fee per item
- If delivery item is returned due to size, return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee charges apply
- Must require 3-5 days from receipt of returned item for QC review and another 5-10 days for refund to post (made to original method of purchase less shipping and any restocking fees)
- Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Non Qualifying Returns
- No outlet items, sale items or custom order items can be returned
- Lighting (once installed), artwork and bedding cannot be returned unless damaged
- Wallpaper is not eligible for return
